melinvest, If their is a design fault then of course RED could sue GXD, but I doubt its that. Its more likely a timing issue on building various sections of the wall or the materials chosen for construction, or excessive groundwater...... we wont know until they study it. They have certainly had enough time to take whatever additional steps to prevent an escape event.

Separate to all the technical issues and the fact they have put a decent MD in place now, I think RED's days of pulling this off themselves is numbered. I can almost guarantee you there will be several cashed up vultures out there doing the sums. What that means for us shareholders is anybody's guess but lets just hope the board is better on M&A than they are on building mines!
