Please call your CFD provider and ask them how they charge funding on your CFD positions. You are confusing the funding on a margin loan and a CFD, completely different.
As for the tiering you talk about, call up IG tomorrow and ask for their LVT on 1m KCN....unlikely to be at those tiered levels you quote. They are for small punters....try and trade size and they will change the rules. Good luck.
