So Wanphen is livid with the new head of DSI. Got a response letter back from DSI on Friday basically saying what's being investigated is outside their jurisdiction. She says "A response like this they say "blow away the case" in the language of a cattle/buffalo farmer, which means they're not going to take action against the gold mining company."
It's all unravelling for her as you'd expect if the Thais were about to enter into a deal with Kingsgate.
