@Wary 1 Nucharee Sailasut (or Nucharee Brown) is the 51% preference shareholder. She's the owner of the mining contractor - Lotus Hall. She was married to an Aussie miner who started the company with her and who has since passed away. She gets a ~12 per cent dividend to be the preference shareholder and we retain 100% economic benefit under the legal structure. The proposed IPO will allow Thai nationals to gain an equity stake in the business, and if structured as previously proposed to be structured 49 Kingsgate /51 other (with 6% preferences shares to Nucharee), we will retain controlling stake.
