International tribunal is reliant on the information placed before it.
It cannot just ignore information placed before it unless it is proven to be unreliable.
That might be hard if there are actual poisoned people. Don't say there are no poisoned people because that can be arranged.
Just saying that this straight up and down case may hold so nasty turns in it.
