My fear would be that there is often a lack of clarity on what information governments in undemocratic regimes act on.
The then military government could produce reams of evidence that is predated to Section 44 that shows massive public health issues. And claim it had to be redacted from public disclosure to prevent panic.. blah blah. There is serious money involved in this so everything can be arranged.
Putting faith in an international tribunal in this part of the world might be somewhat optimistic.

Does the tribunal sit in camera or is it open to all? And is all the evidence present in the public domain?
Sorry for all the questions but looking back through the threads for KCN I mostly only see very optimistic posts that do not take into account the possible dirty tricks that might be at play.
