Bollinger your theory is flawed simply because of the fact that after 3.5 years of closure and + 4 years since s44 they have implemented no changes or undertaken rectification. Moreover KCN has undertaken massive amounts of blood testing and monitoring which have come up all clean otherwise would have been reported to the ASX
