I'll post on this soon but just another matter people should ponder, it relates to our former preference shareholders.
2006 - Empire Asia Group, including the families of Dechaubon, Piemponsant (Pairoj) and Juangroongruangkit.
The current Minister of Industry is Suriya Juangroonruangkit. Suriya is the one key player in government who is openly saying they want to negotiate, he's been the most conciliatory since he became Minister.
2009 - Sinphum Co Ltd 52%. Chatchai Yenbamroong is a major shareholder of the company. Chatchai unsuccessfully tried to takeover the company in Sept 2016 for 4.2c. Chatchai's brother is Wilat Yenbamroong. Wilat was the head of the Office of the Commander in Chief when Lung Tuu (the current PM) was the Commander in Chief. Lung Tuu attended the wedding of Wilat’s daughter. Lung Tuu made his section 44 order in December 2016.
