Who knows where to from here ?
I never understood the precise function and operation [ and who were the holders ] of Akara which held 51 % capital thus enabling KCN to operate in Thailand
Only the KCN directors knew precisely.
Akara was intended to list on the Thai exchange and upon listing return $ 200 m ? to KCN but the key man at Akara refused to surrender his controlling block.
That was the beginning of the KCN saga
Maybe negotiations will revive that plan and thus be marketed as a win / win to the general public while at the same time muddy the waters as to what is actually happening.
As gold is up 200% from closing of the mine the Akara payout to KCN must now be worth PLUS 200 %
