well we can make them shadow equity holders with no voting power and put a restriction on sell of their equity. Akara will buy them with market price if they want to sell. They will not be able to sell their equity without approval from kcn to any other parties.
remember we are holding the negotiations card here and everything will be our best interest not theirs but we will be fair to them as well.
