At least there's not long to wait to see the truth.
We can expect an announcement if they receive a formal offer in advance of the arbitration result. Either announced upon the offer being made, or even it being accepted?
Would they hold a vote to see if we shareholders accept the offer? I can't remember a vote when they sold Challenger for $1m.
