Whether they then see there being upside in monetising their interest via a future Thai IPO is perhaps a little further down the track (Stage 2). Note this is all conjecture on my part given at this stage and there is no certainty on any of this playing out before the tribunal makes their decision. However, what should be obvious to all by now is that there are now a time constraints on the Thai side to get a deal down before being forced to deal with the fall-out of a enforceable award.....which BTW gives them no potential upside!!!!.
