What amazes me is that WestOz would have such a large component of their portfolio invested in KCN (I trust that your figures above are correct Goldfan). It seems like quite a risk, even if they had some international law experts look over the TAFTA claim before buying their 16m shares.
WestOz is fully owned by listed company EZL. The share price of EZL has also been surprisingly buoyant over the last few months given the company's poor earnings in the past 2 years.
What amazes me is that WestOz would have such a large component...
