    Sadly, one cannot talk freely on this board.

    This stock is not remotely pricing the asset seeing light of day.
    In fact, it’s discounting around 10% chance of that happening.
    In comparison, EMH trades at 5x the resource valuation of Infinity and Piedmont at >7x.
    Food for thought.
