Am I correct that permit denial has been made without an environmental impact study?

Also, this will at least bring to a head the issue of whether the Euro local supply chain initiatives are just words. Granted, its just 15ktpa so no great impact in the big scheme of things if it doesn't get up, but symbolically for Euro it looks laughable if their 2nd largest Li deposit stays in the ground.
