I too have no political expertise but see this as a Spanish official trying to cement his position by making up things. There has been no indication of the project being sold at any stage. I am not sure where this information comes from. Of course he will support the position they have made and say anything to keep his stance on track. INF will defend their position and have the support of the EIT. this is not over ... INF have a war chest of $20m and support from numerous European bodies. As always I believe that this is a matter of "what's in it for us"
