At first you might be annoyed at someone potentially holding up the project (like I was) but then you may also see that we need voices like these to keep the corporates honest. I wonder if this has been contributing to the low SP?
TU if you have been waiting for the outcome of this issue before buying in?
Coal company claims to be unaffected by heritage listing, but opponents not convinced

The company looking to mine coal in the Kimberley region of Western Australia says it will not be affected by the Federal Government's decision to place 19 million hectares of the region on the National Heritage List.
In a statement to its shareholders, Rey Resources says its proposed mine site and associated transport route to the Derby Port are outside the boundary of the National Heritage Listing.
But opponent of the project, and Nyikina Traditional Owner, Dr Anne Poelina, says the company should be more honest with its shareholders.
She says that while the project is outside the heritage boundary, it does have the potential to harm values within the heritage area.
"The whole of the Fitzroy River is listed as a heritage site," she said.
"So we need to be very clear that this development is not in isolation to the rest of the river.
"I don't believe this mine will not impact negatively on the river, and Rey Resources will have to come up with their science to prove this mine is clean, green and will not impact the cultural values of the river,
"And I'm very curious as to how they can generate evidence to substantiate that."
In its statement, Rey Resources says the preliminary mine plan for the Duchess Paradise Project "has been designed to have the smallest practical footprint, on land that has been grazed by livestock for well over 100 years, and does not impact on any environmental protection areas."
The company is hopeful of starting production by 2013, producing about 2.5 million tonnes a year in what would be the Kimberley's first coal mine.
Dr Poelina says Rey Resources has not been open with Traditional Owners about its plans, and says she is lobbying to have her late objection to the proposal heard in the Mining Wardens Court.
Rey Resources has been contacted for comment.
