    You've missed the point!

    BAL do not know at this stage whether they will gain CFDA Registrations.

    If they don't, then BAL's IMF business in China is cactus.

    Plus, they still have other major worries re China...so it's far from certain that BAL will indeed have any IMF business in China going forward.
