    Sorry I can't remember the exact details but 12-18 months ago there was a bunfight on the Mornington Peninsula to stop one of the local millionaires (Lindsay Fox comes to mind) purchasing extra waterfront land in front of his mansion, which had become accessible due to the local sea level DROPPING .... anyone else remember the incident? Maybe he really wanted it for an abalone farm....
