locals still believe in radiation

After speaking to many locals around town and in food courts everyone believe lynas will be detrimental to their health. They have no understanding at all in the current plant always siting their pevious Perak experience. I tried my best asking who would spent over 2b just to be allowed to operate for 2 years. They are unable to respond. I told them lynas is absolutely certain otherwise they won't install counters in the town. Despite their opposition no one believe it will be stopped, too many people have pocketed donations for the project to be stopped. LAMP will proceed but the battle for hearts and mind will need to be commence in earnest.
