Notice now that the USA are considering interest rate rises to fight inflation. Hmmmmmm, seems the property bulls who thought we'd be following the USA down the path of interest rate cuts might not get their wish. If our rates don't start dropping as some had hoped we will definately start seeing double digit percentage drops by years end.
