With the proviso that when booming some real estate exceeds it's true value and when there is a slow down these properties retreat badly ( they were never worth so much in the first place)
Also many people treat buying houses with the same degree of care as a kilo of sugar, so they can and do pay silly prices for junk
I also believe that there will have to be a major change for a bust
