    The fact is Tlou need not worry about electricity production at all. We can provide Kala with Gas and live confortably thereafter. Kala will supply BPC for us and repay any loans we accept to create ever increasing gas flows.

    As Abond says , if Data Centre activity earnings exceed what the PPA offers then it makes sense for Kala to switch from the PPA. Tlou will be encouraged to produce the electricity independently as soon as possible. 100% of the profits to Tlou!!

    I don’t want Tlou involved until they have gas flows that will support decent sized generators.
