a total lockdown cannot be achieved
consider the medical and care services that are needed daily.....then think of the food, energy and sanitation services needed, the underlying logistics and telecommunication, policing and coordination.....
it's actually easier to come up with a list of non-essential services and you'll find that we're pretty much already there
so this lockdown will be in place until a vaccine is ready
