    Dave, I think people need to understand the choice being made.

    With eradication - the borders will require quarantine but those at most risk or just fearful of being infected will be able to roam freely and hazard free within our borders.

    If not eradication - borders will still require quarantine but those most at risk or just fearful of being infected will be forced to isolate for the entirety until a vaccine or they are infected. Those who have acquired infected immunity will likely be able to travel anywhere overseas with a certificate of immunity.
