Sydney, July 23, 2010 (ABN Newswire) - CuDeco Limited (ASX:CDU) has signed a contract with Sinosteel Equipment and Engineering Co. Ltd for the basic engineering design for the Rocklands Group copper project in Queensland, Australia.

The contract covers the design and engineering for the copper/gold/cobalt concentrator plant and auxiliary facilities based on throughput of 10,000 tonnes per day.

So, we already had a contract. The ANN from Friday then means that either (a) the work will be going ahead as planned, or (b) the work *WON'T* be going ahead as planned.

What am I missing?
