Since we're voting to change the board composition I don't know why any board members would be allowed any access to the ongoing vote count at Computershare. In my opinion, this information should be available to all only when the voting is finalised and announced at the EGM.
On the other hand it is fine to contact shareholders and ask them to support a certain voting line as indeed the jervois vision team has been doing. Not sure if the Pursell team is doing this also.
It is certainly unfair and undemocratic for the Pursell team and no one else to have access to voting patterns and numbers at Computershare.
Since we're voting to change the board composition I don't know...
