As this highly researched report shows, whether in Melbourne or Florida or anywhere with increased Covid-19 testing, they will find increased positive cases for Covid-19 (which shows herd immunity is developing and the greater the number of positive cases the lower the revised infection fatality rate (ie. the ACTUAL fatality rate).
The ‘misconception’ being that anyone who tests positive and then dies from flu-like symptoms (eg. influenza, pneumonia) or COPD, asthma or even stroke can and often is recorded as a Covid-19 death and even those who are not lab confirmed but who die with 'coronavirus-like symptoms' can also be assumed to have died from Covid-19.
This all comes directly from the World Health Organisation (WHO) on 25 March regarding Covid-19 ICD-10 coding where even if "U07. COVID-19, virus not identified," the case will be "used for mortality coding as cause ofdeath" even where "laboratory confirmation is inconclusive or not available." This means that the world's most powerful health organization directed the world's medical agencies to define as COVID-19 deaths those which are merely suspected and have no basis in actual virological evidence nor validation.
Countries around the world immediately and unquestioningly followed these suspect WHO dictates, in the case of the U.S. "COVID-19 should be reported on thedeath certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed tohave caused or contributed to death" even "where laboratory confirmation isinconclusive or not available" the death is still to be recorded as a Covid-19 death. Health agencies around the world instantly implemented the WHO's ICD coding – including here in Australia as stated on the ABS website;
"WHO terminology is preferred" and "Due to the public health importance ofCOVID-19, the immediate recommendation is to record COVID-19 in Part I of theMedical Certificate of Cause of Death" and "Recording covid-19 on the deathcertificate: The new coronavirus strain (COVID-19) should be recorded on themedical cause of death certificate for ALL decedents where the disease caused,or is assumed to have caused, or contributed to death." and " Due to the public health importance ofCOVID-19, the WHO have directed that the new coronavirus strain be recorded asthe underlying cause of death, ie, the disease or condition that initiated thetrain of morbid events, when it is recorded as having caused or contributed todeath."
That’s how those at the highest level of the WHO manipulated the death numbers to create fear, fueled by a co-opted media, to orchestrate an agenda (if you wish to go down that rabbit hole then look into which powerful corporations and individuals - indirectly via their network of foundations, non-government organisations,partnerships, alliances and trusts - are now the major funders, since the U.S.pulled funding, and thereby the major influencers upon the WHO).
As history has shown over and over again; fearful people are easy to manipulate,herd and control. And that’s the whole point.
