well - looks like a huge percentage of our population is irresponsible if one goes by the numbers of people who are told to isolate and aren't - even when they are definitely known to be infected

no amount of good premiership or good leadership can change basic human nature completely ---------- if you've got an irresponsible, ignorant population - well - that's what you've got I'm afraid
