Dan is IMO still targeting 0 cases, the hard lock down settings say so.
Lockdown here has been made so shite me thinks the will of the people is being driven like good little peeps to expect the same.
What Dan has learnt is that Covid has now humbled him twice and its time to keep options open and cards to chest.
In the meantime its best to read the play on the day and that's hard lockdown and all about driving cases down.
