QAN down 5% today, almost like today is the first day that shareholders heard of the Covid19 pandemic. So strange.
Given that QAN has been destined to lose money for the indefinite future for quite some time now I would've thought that the recent lockdowns would lead to increased chances of further government stimulus straight into the pockets of shareholders and Joyce so the current situation really should be bullish in this bizarre post-Covid equity bubble that's been driven by government and central bank stimulus.
Eventually the government will have spent more money bailing this airline out than if they just took them over at the equity price that it would be trading at without government support. So much for capitalism.
