    After investigative journalist Nick McKenzie revealed the shocking events involving Nigel Ferguson today, how long before AVZ announces to the market that Locke Capital has terminated the Term Sheet?

    Given the imminent investigation by the regulator, I would expect Locke to terminate today. The question then is, how long will AVZ take to announce?
