    The Company is aware that third parties are contacting shareholders offering to buy their shares for a
    nominal amount.

    The Company understands some shareholders are concerned by such unsolicited contact and view this
    as a breach of their privacy.

    Some are worried about AVZ not updating this LOCKE MATTER...!
    Looks like the CHINESE will just walk in and take over MANONO ...IMO...frown.png

    The Company is not aware of how those third parties have obtained
    shareholders’ personal information and is investigating the matter
