As a shareholder you expect your ceo and board to update on announcements that affect the future of the company namely the Locke deal and any advancements on the ML with the DRC also if there are further extensions to be resolved with Locke . Either way the the board should notify shareholders ,our funds remain in limbo while the board are still receiving there wages seems like there’s no urgency by the board .
