Yes, I too would like some more informative update or where we are at with any DRC government negotiations, ongoing ICSID and ICC interventions, etc. BUT, I also realise that confidentiality of ANY update is WAYYYYYYYYYY more important at this time. And this is no different to the last 2.5years since initially going into voluntary suspension.. (now removed of course..).
The Chinese, and all their merry little magots feeding of their dirty payroll (many here on HC) are desperately seeking the inside word on how well(?) we are proceeding in the background, and this silence is absolutely killing them . Hence the inuendo’s and the insults aimed at our BOD’s and shareholders.
The law is the law ladies and gents. And if the DRC ‘s elite choose not to negotiate based on their own laws there is a rude awakening neigh!
Will the new, young, dynamic government Ministers stand up? Only months into their new roles, I think so. Look at their resume’s and their most recent job history’s on the internet and create your own impression of what is happening here. The President promised this last term (and missed miserably), but this could well be the term. And we hope so for the people, and our invested funds!
- The Minister of Justice visiting the Malaka with a clear message on where corporate money launders are going to end up .
- The Minister of Mines meeting with the World bank and talking project diversity and financial support. The DRC MUST walk this line, The World Bank are said to already be holding funds..
- Provinces gearing up and becoming more vocal about environments, communities and funding. Oh, and thanks Zijin for showing them how bad you really are – drying out lakes and rivers without Environmental impact studies, and still no sign of the Millions ….
Thus, smell the roses Shareholders, not the drivel from the festering magots that continue to blur.cloud any communications.
If we go down, we go down together. Yes, A shame to say, but I’d rather go down in this fashion (secrecy), rather than telling the Devil the game plan! I hold the faith of reward.
