AVZ requested the order from the court, the money was then directed to be placed in a lawyers escrow account. It was placed in ‘a’ lawyers escrow (a third party), not AVZ’s lawyer, AVZ wouldn't have needed a court order for that. Dathomir was informed where it was and told to go and get it.

Cant see how AVZ legal rep could get their hands on funds in a third party escrow account, AVZ, Dathomir & the court would all have to agree before any funds in that account could be accessed.
