Appointment of new DRC counsel and investigation

So DLA PIPER has been stepped down by AVZ, also how will this OVERSIGHT work...??

The Company has resolved to appoint a new legal counsel in the Democratic
Republic of Congo (DRC) to assist with all in-country proceedings and matters
relating to DRC law. The Company, and its subsidiaries, have commenced
transitioning all in-country matters to its newly appointed counsel under the
oversight of the Company's international counsel, DLA Piper.

Additionally, the Company has been made aware of allegations of unauthorised
transactions involving the Company's escrow account in the DRC.1 The Company is
investigating these allegations, including any potential wrongdoing, and to the
extent there have been any unauthorised transactions in respect of the account,
AVZ will take all necessary actions required.
