looks legit - email address used is same as earlier messages from company. Looks like a cap in hand effort for funding, but only targeting holders that can actually make a difference and have shown support in the past which makes perfect sense to me and would be preferable over an extortionate 3rd party funding deal. If it means a little share dilution, so what better to stay with existing holders.
