I couldn’t find any legal reason why they were obliged to put that money in a third-party account. But what does it matter now, you say Avz didn’t feel like it was their money, well they ended up being right, it’s now someone else’s.
Put some money in the plate that’s currently been passed around if you feel management have done a great job.
