Mate you are wasting your time, you are barking up the wrong tree.
You think, assume, or whatever that I lost money on AVZ and in need of a some lesson, because you simply don't know and get great enjoyment out of putting the boot in.
If you are a real investor, you would know never to assume, it is a recipe to lose money.
There are people who invest and lose money on Telstra, BHP, or whatever other blue chip company in Australia.

So let me give you a lesson...
Do your homework, before you open your mouth.
That appears for people like you to be too hard.
If you don't know, it might be smarter not to say anything to stop embarrassing yourself.

I hope you understand and start talking about companies you have a stake in and stop displaying your wisdom here.
