This is my vote as well, New gov in place, pressure all around zinjin, locals against them and corrupt actors are out of gov.
Zinjin can settle this for a fair buyout of the north - avz has said this before, with icisd and icc outcomes due likely now, would zinjin take the offer? I think so
Avz can mine the south with an mou - avz has said this. With icc and icisd pressure along with the new government take this offer? Avz has said they are in advance negotiations
What about Locke? Was avz using Locke as defence against the thought avz would simply collapse? A poster highlighted Locke hasn't don't deals like this before so this is likely avz strategy given they have ample funding left till icisd and icc initials awards (if honoured)
What would help right now is to replace Nigel, we must all admit Nigel has not got the outcome in 2 years and his reputation is likely blocking more constructive conversations. An exit of Nigel would allow the drc and its clown corrupt actors to claim victory whilst we sell the heck out of this ridiculous country and never invest a cent in the drc until they prove their intention to help their people and not themselves

I'm going with it being 99% certain Locke whoever they might be will not be putting $20m in the AVZ bank account contrary to your opinion on that when it first announced .
and where is Roller ? what does plan B funding look like ?
