no they can’t enforce them. They make an award and it’s up to the company to pursue payment through the court system of the country of the company they have sued. In our case being the govt if they do not pay, even chasing DRC assets to take is minimised as there are laws on what can and can’t be taken. I would strongly recommend all holders spend a day researching how the ICSID and ICC. Tribunals actually operate. Then read into the countries history of snubbing their nose at judgments against them and blatantly using world bank funding for purposes other than intended.
