IMO the DRC government are less likely to re-trade the southern portion of Manono to the highest bidder whilst AVZ remain listed on the ASX because it would attract significant media attention.
Another key factor is that listed companies enjoy the benefit of the the ASX platform for communication to both shareholders and the media.
If AVZ are delisted they lose that platform, and the media may be less inclined to report on AVZ related matters.
I am extremely concerned about AVZ delisting. I think the probability of the south being re-auctioned in this scenario is almost 100%.
