I hear ya Jack ... and your right, they need to provide solid evidence of progress. My concern is as I mentioned, there are 1000 drone companies in the USA and DRO is an anti-drone stock which is highly sought after given it's technology.
What is QHL US plan .... who are they looking to work with and make what ? drones ? aircraft parts ? composite weapons ? DoD ? LMT ?
It's all very vague at this time .....
