That is true, although the figures are still at the low end of the spectrum. They have said that once full production rolls on they will be doing closer to 160 planes per annum. Still got just under two-thirds extra production to come online... so even if it isn't stunning atm... time is still on their side.
The thing which is a relevant question, is related to full funding in the US budget, for the military spending. That will come too. Just a matter of time.
