For my part I am not keen on placements to sophisticated investors as they don't add any further value than SPP to us retail investors. Although the recent investors who came in at .84c took a grenade for us retails - much appreciated.

Marubeni is a different story for me - would be happy to give a discount as I expect they are coming in with the purpose of increasing the overall 'pie' - my decreased share of a bigger pie is o'k by me - as long as they add value.

Bottom line for me is the bottom line
