Buddy is correct.

Santos avoiding having to announce an increase in ESG is interesting in itself. They deliberately chose to stop short of increasingly their holding by 1%, so as not to draw attention to themselves.

19.99%, up to 20.97% (via a (probably brief) dulitive drop when ESG raised more capital). 0.98% net increase, just short of 1%.

They could have increased by up to 3% every 6 months, but chose to go up by 0.98%, so as not to spook the horses.

But, the intent is there. Not collaborative, but acquisitive and predatory.
