I'd like to think that they are just shelving the issue for now.
Would be too much of a drain on resources.
Let SN Tech think they've got away with it (if they did steal IP)
Develop Akida, start to become a behemoth of a Global company (all our hopes and dreams)
Then come back to it.. "Ah who were those chums that tried to stiff us?"
Then tear them a couple of new ones.
