MIN have planted the seed of uncertainty and risk against NWE's future to try and steal some cheap share and take control but we have already hit the Jackpot at Lockier Deep 1 on the first drill and MIN have proudly announced this in their presentation video.

I think they will only acquire a small increase in their holding through this offer. CE just doing his job of returning maximum profit to his shareholders(wish our board was too) by scooping NWE shares up off anyone silly enough to take up his offer.

We have the capital to keep moving forward with the project already and get these next few drills done so we can realise the full value of the asset before we can make a fair assessment of our shares value.

It remains to be seen what games they are going to play to attempt to acquire NWE for a less than fair price.

He says we don't have the funds to develop this project but we are funded for the upcoming drill so let's get on with it and prove up our resource. It ain't going to be any less than what we already have which is HUGE as he said " Likely the biggest onshore discovery in Australia " Sure MIN is a good share but they are at an all time high and we haven't realised our potential yet due to this opportunistic offer and this deal could mean we get below market value for our shares if MINs price drops.

I'm so glad that very few have taken up this crappy offer so far and that the majority of shares are held by big holders that are informed and know that their shares are worth more.
