    MIN's debt to equity according to COMSEC doesn't make for pretty reading. Acquiring NWE on the cheap will reduce the debt ratio. But I've been wrong before.
    It appears Ellison has two reasons for the takeover one being the debt ratio and an attempt to keep Reinhardt out.
